Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were large and very clean with a spacious sitting area in the Strogylo Suite, very up to the standards of a top-notch bar. On the bright side, Anka went out of her way to give us a lift across the island for a coastal hike, showing exceptional dedication. The location was exceptionally good with beautiful views over the countryside and managed by the ever cheerful and helpful Katarina and her team. The dining experience had both pros and cons, with the quality noted to have improved but still lacking in richness compared to previous visits.
I was pleasantly surprised by the charming traditional rooms at the Windmill, and the cocktails prepared by Marina and Leonida were truly top-notch. However, the rooms were a bit smaller than expected based on the pictures. The location, overlooking Psathi and the island, was absolutely amazing, making it a destination in itself.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel offers stunning views of the sea and the island's chora, and the rooms are luxurious and well-equipped. The dining experience was simply delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. However, the lack of last-minute availability for better-looking accommodations and the slightly higher pricing are minor downsides.
My stay at the hotel was a fantastic experience. The location is superb, offering beautiful views over the countryside and being centrally located close to all the best beaches and the town. The service was top-notch, with the staff being extremely friendly and going out of their way to make my stay special. The dining options were good, although there was room for improvement. The facilities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at the Windmill in Kimolos. The hotel offers a fantastic location with beautiful views over the countryside and Psathi, making it a unique destination. The rooms were modern and pristine, although equipped with easily recognizable IKEA furniture. While the dining experience was a bit of a letdown in terms of product and preparation, the fresh pastries each morning were delightful. The service was exceptional, with the staff being extremely helpful and professional, offering valuable tips about the island. The facilities are well-maintained, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Sardis Rooms is a stylish and clean hotel offering amazing views and utilizing the available space optimally. The rooms are very comfortable with modern amenities, but the dining options could be more varied. The service provided by Katerina and the team is top-notch, making the stay enjoyable and relaxing.
The hotel offers stylish and clean rooms with amazing views, maximizing space utilization. The LCD television set with foreign-language channels, fully stocked bathroom, and luxuriant shower head enhance the experience. The cocktails by Marina and Leonida are top-notch. The service is generally helpful and friendly, with Anka going above and beyond to assist guests. The location provides beautiful countryside views and is conveniently close to the main village and port of Psathi. The dining experience is superb, offering a great variety of dishes. The hotel facilities are well-maintained and offer a range of amenities.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and spacious, although being next to the bar did lead to some noise in the evening. The service was professional and helpful, despite some minor issues with staff behavior. The location was superb, offering great views and easy access to key attractions. The dining experience, however, was a bit of a letdown from previous visits. The facilities were decent, with some room for improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at Opalio Rooms. The rooms were very stylish and clean, offering amazing views and utilizing the space to the maximum. It was a great value for money overall, with minor drawbacks in the service quality and privacy of the location.
Staying at the hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and spacious, offering a touch of luxury within the unique setting of a converted windmill. The service was top-notch, with the staff going out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. The location of the hotel was exceptional, providing stunning views and easy access to the main village and port. While the dining experience had some highlights, there were slight disappointments compared to previous visits. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.
I found the hotel to be a gem with spacious and very clean rooms equipped with modern amenities, set on top of a steep hill offering breathtaking views of Psathi and the whole island. The service was exceptional, with staff giving me valuable tips about the island and going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. However, the change in the dining experience was a big disappointment, and there were some lapses in room servicing. Overall, a great option to consider.
The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk or drive away from the main village and the port of Psathi, with amazing views to enjoy. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the cocktails crafted by Marina and Leonida met top-notch bar standards. However, the service was a bit inconsistent, with some staff members not always being very professional. The dining experience was superb with a great variety to choose from, although there were some areas needing improvement in products and preparation.
Staying at the hotel was a mix of pleasant surprises with a few disappointments. The rooms, set on the top floor of a converted windmill, were comfortable and spacious with a mix of traditional and modern touches. However, the dining experience fell short of expectations, even though the service and location were exceptional.
My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were very clean, thanks to Marina's care, and the cocktails by Leonida were top-notch. The only downside was the noise from the bar in the evening, and the basic room was a bit overpriced at 100E.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with traditional decor featuring IKEA furniture and a luxuriant shower head. The service was a mix of helpfulness and lack of professionalism, but housekeeping was attentive and pet amenities were available. The location is superb, close to the sea and town, managed by a cheerful team providing superb breakfasts. The dining experience, though delicious, had some disappointments. The facilities are well-appointed and offer a good value for the price.
